The group wanted to narrow down exactly what they would like to see with the new, improved lounge. Writing down ideas on a large sheet of paper hanging on the wall, the group fired off ideas, starting with what they want the lounge to be for students: a place to hang out, a place to study, a combination of two?
They moved on to the question of additions to the lounge. The ideas of isolated study rooms and charging stations are being considered.
SGA is looking to create a more welcoming lounge for the student body.
Also, on Feb. 20, Ask a Senator Wednesday, SGA decided a way to get more interest would be to let those who asked the senators questions also throw a pie in the senator’s face. Senators laughed and agreed to do it, as it was for a good cause.
